KEY MOMENTS
Despite having a spin in Practice 1, Joey put in his best lap of the weekend
In his first race Joey finished on the podium after making a comeback from P6
Joey missed out on P2 in Race 1 by only a tenth of a second
“For my first race weekend in Spec Miata I’m leaving feeling pretty happy. Finishing on the podium after a chaotic first race where I got taken out in the beginning was something I could not have imagined happening. While there is still a big gap in pace compared to my teammate, I am happy with the improvements I made throughout the weekend.”
